To close your account and delete your data

1. Sign in to the members’ area, in the app or at valenzaprive.com.
2. Open Your profile and choose I want to close my account.
3. Tick the box, type CLOSE, and press Ask to close my account.

Or write to the directors at info@valenzaprive.com from the address on your membership, saying you would like your account closed. The team closes it and deletes what the club holds about you within one month, and writes to tell you when it is done.

To delete some of your data and keep your account

Your cars, with their photographs and documents, can be removed at any time from My Garage, and your dietary and medical notes from Your profile. For anything else, write to info@valenzaprive.com and say what you would like deleted; we answer within one month.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted: your profile and contact details, your cars, photographs and documents, your dietary and medical notes, your preferences, and your messages to the club.
• Kept for six years, for accounting and legal reasons: records of payments, bookings, tours and membership.
• Kept with its record: anything that belongs to an incident on a tour.
