What membership brings

Beyond the tours and events, your membership offers a private area of the site including My Garage that looks after your cars, their history and maintenance; as well as offers from partners we know and trust, and a journal of each car in photographs. Our own app for iPhone and Android is under construction.

Priority booking on every tour and event
Dates are released to members first. When a tour or event is fully booked, a standby list opens, so that if somebody is unable to go, the place is offered to the first member on it.
Members’ portal garage
Where you keep an eye on the vehicles you own and their history: MOT, tax, insurance and service dates, with reminders in the app before each one is due. Every document is kept here, with a fully researched history of each car and a bespoke system that keeps on top of everything you own with wheels.
Our roadbook in your hands
The Valenza Privé roadbook is a complete daily guide to each tour: the route, the stops, the hotels and where to find premium fuel. In printed form as well as digital, so you can follow it on your phone during the trip.
Trusted partners, member deals
We build relationships with the best partners at home and abroad: a recommended detailer to prepare your car to concours standard, apply paint protection film or refurbish your wheels, and insurance specialists on hand to work through your renewal and find you the best possible price, with terms arranged for members.

Membership is carefully considered and by invitation only. Between our tours there are club nights, experience days and days out chosen with you and your family in mind.
On tour and event support
During our tours, one button in your members app reaches our operations team: report an incident, give feedback, or tell the team something they should know. On our longer tours you can speak directly to our own chief technician and the support team who travel with us.

The Members’ Charter

What every member agrees to

A club this size runs on trust rather than rules. These are the points every member agrees to on joining, and again whenever they change. The full charter is in the members’ area.

01We believe in spirited driving, on the right roads and in the right conditions. We stay within the law, take it gently through villages and never let enthusiasm get the better of good judgement.
02This is a touring club, not a race. Nothing is timed, scored or ranked. Nobody needs to prove anything, and the only courses that count are the ones served at dinner.
03Your car is your own: insured, road legal and ready, so the only surprises on a tour are the good ones.
04What is said and seen among members stays among members, and dinner is off the record.
05Nobody publishes another member's name, car or whereabouts without asking them first.
06We are kind to hotels, hosts and staff, because the club's name travels in every car and we would like to be asked back.
07We take the driving seriously, and the hospitality just as seriously. But never at the same time. If you're drinking, the car stays parked.
08We follow the brief and the route, but everyone drives at their own comfortable pace. Nobody is expected to keep up, take chances or drive beyond their ability. We'll regroup along the way.
09The team's calls on safety and the shape of the day are final, and are usually about the weather.
